  For a stay of less than 4 days the price rises by  20% !
 All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. 
Bed linen and towels are changing weekly.

 There are no hidden extras to pay.

 

Initial payment:
(security deposit) 

  • Money transfer - 25% at time of booking.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    If a booking is cancelled at any time after it has been confirmed,
    the initial payment will not be refunded !

 The final payment: 

  • The balance will be due on the day of your arrival in the apartment. 
    It may be paid only by cash !
